Delivery Policy

In our London-based office, we at Class Instrumentation Ltd enjoy having customers from all over the planet and we believe they shouldn’t suffer for being far away.  That’s why we don’t charge any additional delivery fees to our end-user customers, wherever they are in the world.

Please note that we do not extend this offer in conjunction with any other discounts, so if in doubt whether you will be charged for delivery, please contact us for details.

We want our customers to feel confident that when they purchase our units, they will arrive safely and quickly.  That’s why we have chosen DHL as our courier service. All orders placed before 6pm will usually be despatched the following working day on the Worldwide Express Service.

How long will the delivery take?

As soon as your order has been processed we will advise you of the expected delivery date of your products and we will also provide tracking information for your delivery as soon as it is despatched. All UK deliveries are next day.

How can I track my delivery?

You can track the status of your delivery using your DHL tracking number supplied in the Despatch Notification email we sent you.
1) Go to http://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html
2) Enter your DHL tracking number in the box and click Submit.
3) The current status of your order will appear on screen. Click on the red arrow (next to your tracking number) to see all previous status information.

What do I do if I miss the delivery?

Due to the value of the goods being sent, a signature will be required to accept delivery. In the event that you are out when the delivery driver calls, don’t worry, you can simply re-arrange delivery with DHL.

The small print

We are only able to deliver to street addresses, DHL will not accept a PO Box destination.  Orders will be despatched on the next working day on the basis that remittance has been received by our bank and that stock is available.
