All our products come with free telephone and email technical support for the life of the unit.  If you have any NDT technical support questions regarding the operation of your unit, please contact us.

Our units do not need to be annually calibrated by the manufacturer, but we do recommend that every 5 years units are returned to us for a service.

We offer a repair service for all our products, but please contact the Technical Department before returning a unit as we may be able to help without the unit being shipped to our factory. We can also ship you any replacement components you may need, contact us for a full list of available spare parts.
