Ultrasonic Hatch Cover Tester
A lightweight ultrasonic testing system for testing the water integrity of cargo hatch covers. It enables quick and easy location of leaks and gaps in the seals and coamings. This ABS Type Approved Marine Surveyor equipment is accepted by P&I clubs and conforms to IMO regulations and IACS recommendations. The CARGO-SAFE is an invaluable tool for loss prevention survey work.
Portable Liquid Level Indicator
The PLI Portable Liquid Level gauge uses ultrasonic testing to offer a simple, accurate, rapid and reliable method of determining the liquid level of CO2, Halon, FM200, Propane and any liquefied gas under pressure. Special adapters included for use on cylinder banks.
Gauss Meter
Also known as a Magnetometer or Magnetic Flux Meter, our gauss meter is an easy to use method of measuring DC magnetic flux and direction using a solid-state Hall Effect sensor. The light weight, hand-held gauge provides accurate results within a wide range and suitable for a multitude of applications.
A low cost ultrasonic testing instrument that allows the rapid detection and location of holes and leaks in pressurised systems by means of detecting the ultrasonic sounds produced by the escaping gas
Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
This gauge is widely used in ultrasonic thickness testing for quality control during manufacturing and as an inspection tool to measure wall thickness of materials subject to erosion and corrosion. It is appropriate for all solid materials.
Coating Thickness Gauge
The Hall Effect sensor on this unit measures a wide range of non-magnetic coatings on ferrous substrates including; paint, plastic stainless steel, galvanised zinc, aluminium and tin. This gauge is perfect for the marine industry as it is suitable for measuring coatings up to 8mm (300 thou of an inch) thick.
