Class Instrumentation Limited guarantees all its instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of time set out below.

The warranty only covers equipment that has been used in the correct manner and not subjected to abuse, attempted unauthorised repair or modification.

During this warranty period, the liability of Class Instrumentation Limited is restricted to the repair or replacement of a defective instrument at the company’s discretion.

Class Instrumentation Limited does not guarantee the instrument to be suitable for use other than the uses defined within the instrument specification and the design criteria and assumes no responsibility for misuse.  Class Instrumentation Limited accepts no liability for consequential damages including damage to property and/or personal injury.  Class Instrumentation Limited does not assume liability for the consequences of results obtained by its instruments.

The customer is liable for shipping expenses to Class Instrumentation Limited for warranty repair.  Class Instrumentation Limited will pay for the return of repaired equipment.  For instruments not under warranty, the customer will be liable for shipping expenses both ways.

Class Instrumentation Limited reserves the right to modify all products without incurring responsibility for modifying existing products.
